High Pressure Laminate Sheet

Weadell High Pressure Laminate Sheet is manufactured by pressingmelamine impregnated printed and solid color surface papers overphenolic impregnated kraft sheets at pressures over 1000 psipressure and temperatures of approximately 300 degrees F (149degrees C). Over 500 design-driven high pressure laminatesincluding, metallics, woodgrains, solid colors, digital andsilk-screened patterns, textured surfaces. Specialty laminates fromWeadell offer some of the finest products available today. Theseinclude items that provide structural stability, color-throughsurfaces, chemical resistance, fire rated surfaces andelectrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.
The thinner HPL normally thickness less than 1.2 mm product has aphenolic impregnated sheet on the back side that is sanded tofacilitate bonding to a substrate.
Widely used in the purpose of surface decoration on wooden basedpanels such as MDF, particle board, plywood, etc., applied in room,office, compartment, partition, kitchen, sideboard, furniture, labwork top, etc. Postforming, or post formable; finish and texture ofmatte, suede, glossy, embossed, metallic surface, property ofwear-resistance, fire-resistance, anti-static, etc.
